  • Does it hurt?

    No way! Your chain is custom fit to your wrist, ankle or finger, then the last link is permanently welded shut. This process is completely safe & pain free!

  • Will it tarnish?

    We use 14K gold-filled and sterling silver-filled chains and jump rings—no green skin, no irritation, and no tarnishing for most wearers. That said, exposure to certain chemicals (like cleaning supplies) or individual skin chemistry can affect wear, so chat with your welder if you have sensitivities.

  • Am I able to travel with it?

    You sure can! Fine jewelry is not required to be removed to pass through TSA or metal detectors.

  • Can I wear my jewelry in water?

    Absolutely! Our gold filled & sterling silver chain means you can wear your permanent jewelry on every adventure.

  • Am I able to remove my permanent jewelry?

    Your jewelry may be removed by simply cutting the chain with nail clippers. Cutting your bracelet off cannot be undone, so be sure you are ready to remove it for good!

  • Is there an age requirement?

    You must be 12 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be escortedby an adult. 

  • What if it breaks?

    If your chain breaks at the weld, we’ll repair it for free or offer a refund.If it breaks at the chain from stress, we’ll do your first repair for free (as long as you have the chain). After that, additional repairs are $20.


    Please remember—these are dainty, delicate pieces, and they can break under pressure. All bracelets are non-refundable, and we’re not responsible for normal wear and tear.

    We’re so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, lost chains cannot be replaced for free and a new chain will need to be purchased.
